Beef tacos with Chipotle sauce

Beef tacos with chipotle sauce

First time i had these delicious beef tacos with chipotle sauce was at the Mexican restaurant in Lithuania. They were done a little differently but i made it my own way and they came out really good. As far as the sauce, of course it is always the best when you make your own, but sometimes you just wanna make quick tacos for lunch or dinner not worrying about extra ingredients for the sauce. I love these tacos, because they are different and every ingredient is chosen to make perfect complexion.

All you need is Pita bread, Parsley, Chipotle or Thousand Island sauce, few pieces of steak, I would also add Red wine so you could cook beef in it. It gives beef tenderness and juiciness.

Prepare the skillet and add a tip of tsp of olive oil and fry for few minutes each side of the Pita bread.

Cut each steak into small pieces and saute it in Red wine and a  little butter. Add pepper and salt and a seasoning of your choice.

Add parsley.

Add Chipotle or Thousand Island sauce. I got mine from the store.

For the even better taste, I cut 1 tomato into small pieces and mixed it with Balsamic Vinegar, added salt and pepper and top with it out delicious beef tacos.
