Beef Pastries recipe came all the way from Lithuania a long time ago. They are also called “Kibinai”. Usually Lithuanians make those kibinai on holidays and birthdays. These pastries are very tasty but they do take time to make them After doing them over and over, one thing I learned don’t be afraid to put enough butter and salt. My favourite part in kibinai is the crust on the sides just like in every dough pastry. Love it love it love it. I hope you enjoy it and post your comments.
