Chocolate Mini Cheesecakes

Finally Chocolate Mini Cheesecakes recipe has arrived as many of you asked me for it. I love creating something new all the time and I definitely know this type of mini cheesecake is very new to American people. To make it is so easy and so fun because you will see the result pretty much in 20 minutes. It doesn’t require many ingredients, but the one thing is a must which is Farmers cheese. This is the main ingredient that in the end will make you lick your fingers. So if you have a sweet tooth, this dessert is just right for you. When I showed the final picture to my mother, she thought I bought it from the store and took a pic of it. I presented her a recipe and she was very delighted that I found the way to make them myself.

Ingredients
  • 450 gr of Farmers cheese
  • 2 tbsps. of cream cheese
  • 3 tbsps. of butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 cups of heavy whipping cream
  • 5 tbsps. of Powdered sugar
  • dark chocolate any kind
Instructions
  1. Whip the whipping cream and add farmers cheese. Whip it as long as there are no crumps in the batch anymore.
  2. Add cream cheese, vanilla extract and powdered sugar. Again whip it very well. Take the whole batch and divide it into small pieces just like it is shown in the pictures. Make small round shapes and put them into freezer for 20 minutes. Then take it out of the freezer and even out the shapes that they wouldn't have any sharp edges.
  3. The in a separate bowl, melt the chocolate on the stove. Add butter to it. While the chocolate is still hot take each portion of the cheesecake, dig a toothpick into it and merge the cheesecake into chocolate. Repeat it with every portion.
  4. When serving, add some raspberries and strawberries to bring out the flavor even more.
