Lazy Pierogi

 

Lazy Pierogi are my childhood memory from a long time ago. If you are from Russia you know what I am talking about. When I was pregnant last year I was eating them everyday. Kids love them for kids to eat because they are easy to chew and easy to digest for their little stomach. The reason these pierogi are called lazy because they are super fast to make and also if you have nothing in your fridge you would only need few ingredients. So cook them and enjoy your  breakfast

Ingredients
  • Russian white cheese 200 gr
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 5 tbsps. flour
Instructions
  1. Take Eggs, sugar and flour and mix it all together. Make two long sausages and cut into small pieces.
  2. Boil water and put 1 by 1 those cut pieces into boiling water. In 1 minutes after boiling their have to come up to the surface.
  3. Serve with sour cream.
  4. Enjoy
