Potatoe Pancakes with Meat Filling

This is what I did with my mashed potatoes, I turned them into juicy potato pancakes with meat filling. I really love beef so I tend to use beef quite a lot. But these pancakes can be used with chicken too. You could buy already cooked chicken, cut it into small pieces, sauté onion and carrots, add 1 tbsp of minced garlic and here you go, you have a great filling done. Or you could use beef just like I posted and see what you like better.

I am a meat eater just like my husband so I am very excited when I can use meat in dishes in  a variety ways possible. My husband says when I cook it is magical, so then I add I simply have imagination of the dishes I want to cook for the next day. These pancakes will make anyone happy. It is so easy to cook, it is fast and is so delicious.
